Located at First and Herndon near St. Agnes Medical Center, this Mediterranean kitchen has built a loyal following around dishes that start with raw ingredients and finish with bold, honest flavor. The hummus is no exception. Every batch begins with dried chickpeas soaked overnight, then slow-cooked until tender before being blended smooth with tahini, fresh garlic, and lemon juice.
