Phoenician Garden was founded by Mo Hmaidan with a vision to bring authentic Mediterranean cuisine to Fresno. Today, his son Tarek carries that vision forward, honoring the recipes and values Mo brought from Lebanon. The spices that flavor our dishes come directly from Lebanon, ensuring every plate tastes true to its roots.

Thoughtful Food Made Daily

We believe in the slow, intentional approach. Our lentil soup simmers slowly throughout the day, developing layers of flavor. Our baklava is layered by hand, one delicate sheet at a time. Every component is prepared with care because shortcuts don't belong in food made with love. When you taste what we serve, you taste that commitment.
